Samsung Sales and Product Training

Samsung Electronics was a mid-tier electronics brand even as late as 2002. When I joined the company, they didn’t even have an in-house training department for staff or retail partners.

As European Training Manager, I became responsible for the formation, development and management of a brand new Training Department for Samsung Consumer Electronics in Europe.

I designed and delivered the training for 16 Regional Samsung Ambassadors/Trainers.

Via an in-depth Training Needs Analysis I began developing and implementing comprehensive retail training programmes at key accounts at head office level, including Selfridges, the Kingfisher Group, Dixons Store Group, Sainsbury, John Lewis, House of Fraser and many independent distributors and retailers.

Finally, over two years I developed an Award Winning Customer Service Excellence Retail Training Plan that was delivered to all the flagship stores of the major Electronics retailers across the UK and Europe.

This course has now evolved over the past 5 years into a more fun, interactive, games-filled sharp, focussed and relevant experience that delivers amazing results and exceptional feedback from both staff and customers.
